ASL/OC Night

On select Thursday evenings throughout the Season, American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters are located near the stage to give the best sightlines to follow the interpretation and action on stage. An LED captioning sign displays the dialogue and any other audio portion of the production in text form in sync with the performance.

These accessibility services are made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature. ASL interpretation is provided by Deaf Access Services, an affiliate of People Inc., and captioning by c2 (caption coalition), inc.

For questions about reserving seating in view of the ASL interpreters and captioning signage, please contact ICTC’s Box Office at 716-853-4282 (voice), or email BoxOffice@irishclassical.com.
