It is our intent to provide equally exceptional service for all of our patrons and their abilities. Our theatre has made a firm commitment to providing each guest with an enjoyable atmosphere, including:

  • Wheelchair-accessible bathrooms

 

Assisted Listening Devices

ICTC recently upgraded its Assisted Listening Devices to Listen Technologies Radio-Frequency Systems

  • Compact and simple design
  • Easy to use
  • Compatible with earbuds, headphones, telecoil equipped hearing aids and cochlear implants

What to know before the show

Patrons may obtain an Assisted Listening Device with accompanying pair of headphones or Integrated Neck Loop from the Box Office.

You will be asked to leave an ID or Credit Card, which will be returned after the performance.
Patrons are also encouraged to bring their preferred Pair of Headphones from home, if desired.

 

ASL Interpreted/Open Captioned Performances

One performance per production will be performed with American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation and Open Captioning (OC). ASL services are provided by Deaf Access Services, a program of People Inc., and captioning services by c2 (caption coalition) inc. To learn more about this Season’s ASL/OC Performances, click here.
