Assisted Listening Devices

ICTC recently upgraded its Assisted Listening Devices to Listen Technologies Radio-Frequency Systems

• Compact and simple design
• Easy to use
• Compatible with earbuds, headphones, telecoil equipped hearing aids and cochlear implants

What to know before the show

Patrons may obtain an Assisted Listening Device with accompanying pair of headphones or Integrated Neck Loop from the Box Office.

You will be asked to leave an ID or Credit Card, which will be returned after the performance.
Patrons are also encouraged to bring their preferred Pair of Headphones from home, if desired.

Open Captioned Performances

For Open Captioned Performances, an HDMI screen with closed captions, located in the South West corner of the theatre, displays the dialogue and any other audio portion of the production in text form in sync with the performance.

If you would like to watch the performance with Open Captioning, please make sure you select seats in the Open Caption Viewing section on the seat map.
